That which is breakable is treated with the utmost care and reverence. What power!
We often think that which is weak is not powerful. That it should be ignored or that it's not worth our time. But the opposite is usually true.
We dote on newborns. We take care of our hearts. We wrap in packing peanuts items of glass before we mail them.
As a leader, don't ignore the thing that makes you fragile or vulnerable, susceptible to breaking or bending. I bet that is where you'll find your greatest power.
