The work of community is the work of a baker.
Success, when rooted in community, is not a zero sum game. We can both win.
And this is why community, rather than doling out increasingly smaller slices of success, instead works to bake a bigger pie.
You can have your pie and eat it, too. And so can I. And her. And him and them. Community doesn’t cry when the plate is empty. It gets back in the kitchen.
