This afternoon, I relaxed for a bit and took in V for Vendetta. What a ride.
While the overarching theme is one of personal freedom vs. national security, the movie is long on both theory and action. There's a lot of blood and dark scenes, but they all have a point.
If you've got two hours and want to go for a ride while V chases down the bad guys and tries to right some wrongs, pick up the film. There's a conspiracy, a love story, and a revolution all wrapped up in this great flick. After all, "People should not be afraid of their governments. Governments should be afraid of their people."
