Perfect communities go nowhere fast.
Beware the community that claims to have no hiccups or speed bumps, wrong turns or dead ends. The only way for that to be true is if you stay put and don’t try to move forward.
No mistakes are usually evidence of no progress.
Give me the community in the driver’s seat, willing to have to stop and ask for directions, gas up, turn around, and try again. Give me the group making some errors but still moving forward.
