In fact, if you can't describe what's hard about your job, this leadership opportunity, or a certain goal you're aiming for, then you may need to reconsider.
You'll need to reconsider because if there's not at least some modicum of difficulty, then the destination may not be worth arriving at, or the journey may not be worth taking.
Don't look for what's easy. Look for what's meaningful.
