The Last

Here's a weekend thought to consider:

What if this generation were the last? What if your current customers were the last ones you'd have? What would you say or do, and how would you treat them?

We optimists like to always think there will be more and we act accordingly to market, sell, and innovate. But none of that can happen at the expense of who's with us now. 

Appreciation and attention lead to advocacy.
