Deeper, not bigger

A group says, “Look at the size of our membership.”

A community says, “Look at the depth of our membership.”

Very few notable accomplishments are won with breadth. More often they are won with depth - people working alongside one another with a common cause deeply embedded within them.

A collective purpose, rather than a collective size, pushes them to great achievement.

When the going gets tough, the group gets smaller but the community gets tougher.
