Don't fool yourself into thinking that right after college was when you should have traveled. Or that you'll be ready to be an entrepreneur as soon as you make some money and connections in the corporate world. The best time to start something is right now. When you have the idea and in all its freshness it inspires you, grabs you, pulls you, and dares you to take a risk, dream big, and just go for it.
Well, maybe the best time - as Seth Godin told us years ago - was actually last year. So be it. Today is second best. Second best isn't bad. The inspiration of today is still fresh, invigorating, and can give us enough courage to simply try.
But don't wait.
The worst time to start is tomorrow.
