You should quit something this week.
Give up on something. A behavior, a product line, an event, a friendship, an idea, a dream, or a routine.
Something that’s not working for you. That’s draining your energy more than supplying it. That’s taking advantage of you. That’s not helping. That’s abusive, stagnant, negative, or mean. Something that's not profitable, productive, or promising.
Better to stop short and say you didn't make it all the way than to keep running over the cliff.
