This graduation speech from George Saunders has been making the rounds, but it's well worth a read or even a re-read, particularly for those of you beginning school years soon.
The grand conclusion? We regret the things we don't do. We regret, perhaps, inaction more than action.
So, since leadership does, make this year (academic or calendar) about taking action, speaking up, standing strong, and diving in.
