A Race to Where

If your only tactical advantage is that you're cheaper than the competition, beware. That's a race to the bottom. You'll keep lowering prices until there's nothing left.

But if you choose for your tactical advantage to be that you offer the most value, then the sky's the limit.

(By the way, I'm not only talking about business and pricing here. The same could be said for relationships, ideas, or community.)
