The best community leaders don’t just provide an outlook; they also look out.
Leadership means casting a vision and telling the community where it should be going and the work needed to get there.
But great community leadership also means looking out for each member to make sure they have the support needed to help the group be its best.
If your leader isn’t looking out for others then they are only looking out for themselves. In which case it’s time to find a new one.
