How to apologize

Don’t follow the community leader who never seems to be willing to apologize.

Apology allows for u-turns and even course corrections. Apologies are not signs of weakness but rather signs of growth.

“I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have done that. Now I know better. Now I’ll lead better.”

Better to course correct than stay on the path that leads you and the team over the cliff.
