Where Do You Work?
As Seth Godin points out, some of us work in labs and some of us in factories.
Labs prize innovation; factories prize efficiency.
The world needs both and your skills can make you great at working in one or the other.
But be warned - to work in a lab you need to be okay with, ready for, and maybe even delighted by failure. As Godin says, innovation doesn't happen without it.
