Get all the schooling you want. Rack up LinkedIn certificates and continuing ed credits. Learn a new language and take up some hobbies. Make strategic career moves and collect new job titles. All of these may open the door to new opportunities in 2023.

But if you want to rip the door off the hinges when opportunity knocks, go deep in a community. Nothing creates chances for growth, change, and success like other people.
