I've said before that leaders must read. Likewise, leaders need to find way to stay stimulated, engaged, involved, inspired, and motivated.
She who motivates others must be able to share that which motivates her, too.
Maybe it's art. Maybe it's curling up with a novel. Perhaps you like to listen to TED talks or take in a local lecture. You could like to make pottery, watch a documentary, get lost in nature, or find your flow in a yoga studio. Whatever it is, leaders must stay creatively, intellectually, emotionally, and physically stimulated.
